Absolutely on top of things. Myself and another realtor forgot to send the contract over on a deal when we got it together. I sent it to them 11 days before closing date and they still found a way to make it happen. Land was in Hancock which requires title abstractor to visit in person (no deeds online) and they hired an extra one do go to this job. 5 stars seems low! Thank you to all the staff!!
